About the apartment

The apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in Siena, in a very central position, on the street that leads to the Collegiate Church of Provenzano and is about 150 meters from the famous Piazza del Campo.

The premises of which it is made up have been subject to  of a recent restoration which aimed to preserve its original texture while modernizing its use and adapting it to current needs.

We used lime finishes and colors, as was in use in ancient times, giving it  finally, the most appropriate and characteristic furnishings that would distinguish it and fit it perfectly into the ancient context of the City

We tried to combine the two essential needs: utility, using modern and functional furnishings, together with authentic antique furniture, to give it that original flavor that now characterizes it.

The accommodation is spread over three levels:

the entrance on the street level has a single individual access  from which you access the first level where it is located  the living room, a small equipped kitchen and one of the two bathrooms.

From the living room with a further internal staircase you reach the  two bedrooms .

The second bathroom is accessed from the main bedroom, Bedroom 1 where there is a double bed; bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds which, if necessary, can be joined together to form a double bed.

The views of the two windows of the  living room and those of the two bedrooms, including that of the upper bathroom, overlook the street  and, from which, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the beautiful marble facade of the Collegiate Church of Provenzano.
